The workshop was held in the Pohnpei Port Authority’s conference room and included tabletop exercises, a full-scale exercise and a debriefing.
Several FSM agencies took part in the exercise: Departments of Justice, Resources and Development, Finance & Administration, Health and Social Affairs, Foreign Affairs, the Office of Environment and Emergency Management, and the Public Information Office.
A similar exercise was held three years ago, and the video that was created from the full scale exercise was used as a training video for other islands.
