IN a continued effort to support animal welfare and community wellness, Atkins Kroll Saipan is partnering with the Saipan Humane Society to host a Pet Wellness Fair on Saturday, Aug. 16, 2025, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Atkins Kroll Showroom in Puerto Rico.
The event aims to provide essential veterinary services, pet supplies, and educational resources — all at no cost — to families and pet owners across the island.
“We loved the community engagement during our last adoption event in June,” said Tracy Guerrero, general manager of Atkins Kroll Saipan. “It’s always inspiring to see our island come together in support of something meaningful, and we’re proud to create spaces where pets and their families are celebrated. We also recognize the ongoing lack of accessible veterinary care in the CNMI, and we’re honored to support the Saipan Humane Society in its efforts to help fill that gap — protecting the health and well-being of our community’s beloved pets.”
This one-day event will include a free distribution of 200–300 flea and tick collars, a low-cost rabies vaccination station, and free dog food giveaways while supplies last. SHS veterinarians and staff will also be on-site to provide expert guidance and personally fit pets with collars.
To ensure each pet receives the proper fit, sign-up is required to receive a free flea and tick collar. Guests are encouraged to bring their pets to the event for on-site fitting. For those unable to attend, they may sign up and visit the Saipan Humane Society clinic at a later time to receive their collar. QR codes for sign-up will be available at both the Atkins Kroll Saipan showroom and the SHS office, making it easy and convenient for pet owners to participate.

“We are incredibly grateful to Atkins Kroll Saipan for their continued support and generosity,” said Guadalupe T. Attao, executive director of Saipan Humane Society. “Events like these are a great opportunity to reach more families, support pet health, and share resources with the community.”
