As of yesterday, Aldan had 64 votes as against Rebuenog’s 62.
Rebuenog filed the protest after losing by a single vote to her independent opponent, 67 to 68.
So far, the eligibility of 14 voters has been challenged.
Eleven have been disqualified and three were upheld by the court.
In her complaint, Rebuenog questioned the eligibility of 21 voters who, she claimed, are not residents of the Northern Islands.
Wiseman will continue hearing the case on Tuesday.
