Kaipat admitted damaging the front and read windshield of her victim’s vehicle on Nov. 1, 2011.
Wiseman originally sentenced Kaipat to one year imprisonment, all suspended.
Wiseman placed Kaipat on one year probation. She will attend and complete anger management counseling at Community Guidance Center.
She will pay a $100 fine, a $25 court cost, a probation fee and restitution to her victim.
The Attorney General’s Office originally charged Kaipat with disturbing the peace, and criminal mischief. Other details of the case were not immediately available.
