Annie was presented with this honor in recognition of her exceptional achievement on the Advanced Placement examinations that she took during her sophomore, junior, and senior years at Saipan International School. Annie was also the president of the Student Council and member of the girls’ varsity basketball team at SIS.
The College Board’s Advanced Placement Program provides willing and academically prepared students with the opportunity to take rigorous college-level course while still in high school, and to earn college credit, advanced placement, or both for successful performance on the AP Exams.
