(GOP) — The NMI Republican Party board of directors says the deadline for the submission of the letters of intent for the nomination for the CNMI delegate’s position is Wednesday, June 11 at 4 p.m.
The letter of intent and the candidate fee must be presented either to Ed Tenorio, board president, or Charlene Tudela, board 1st vice president. Their contact numbers are 085-3305 or 483-2427.
The GOP membership meeting will be held on Thursday, June 12, at 6 p.m. at the Garapan Central Park. All members of the party are encouraged to attend.

Live fire training on FDM
(EMO) — The U.S. military will conduct live fire training on Farallon de Mendenilla, from June 7 to 10, 6 a.m. to 2 a.m., and from June 11 to 15, 6 a.m. to 2 a.m.
Due to the danger imposed by this activity, Gov. Benigno R. Fitial is advising the public, especially fishermen, commercial pilots and marine tour operators, to stay away from this area during the time and dates indicated.
