Assistant AG to get $65K, not $60K, a year

Fitial said he has allowed Braddock Huesman to receive an annual salary exceeding the $50,000 cap set by law.

Huesman has been with the AG’s Office for more than two years now.

A former clerk of Supreme Court Justice Alexandro Castro, Huesman worked for the law firm Scheef & Stone in Dallas, Texas.

He is assigned to the Department of Public Lands but has been representing other government agencies and officials in different legal matters.

Huesman represented the governor and Finance Secretary Eloy S. Inos in the Open Government Act complaint filed in court by Rep. Tina Sablan, Ind.-Saipan.
