Assistant vice president Steven Alcantara will be the manager of the Yap branch.
They will offer loans to customers in Yap who are interested to do business with the bank.
They are also inviting customers to open their accounts with the bank, as there is no minimum amount required.
The bank has an ATM to allow customers to withdraw money from their accounts at any time of the day especially when the bank is closed.
ATM cardholders in Yap can have access to ATMs when they travel within the Micronesia region or to places where the Bank of Guam is located.
Yesterday, the Bank of Guam was scheduled to hold an economic forum at the Yap Small Business Development Center, followed by a cocktail reception at the Manta Ray Bay Hotel.
