A FEDERAL jury on Friday found special assistant to the Department of Public Lands secretary Franz Benjamin Reksid guilty of one count of bribery. His sentencing has been scheduled for Jan. 25, 2012. He is facing a maximum sentence of 10 years in prison and a $250,000 fine.
