Hideo Kato, who operates Fresco Saipan Inc., said he is leasing out five rooms in Garapan and Susupe areas.
The two rooms, which cost $100 monthly for rent, are at the back of the Golden Beach Hotel while the three others located behind the Mobil Station in Susupe will be available for $150 a month starting in April.
Kato said he will set aside one year of the total lease payments to donate to the victims in Japan.
“These are very low prices and I hope community members will extend their support so we can send donations to Japan,” he said.
