Jim Arenovski of 360 Revolving Restaurant said the wine mixer fundraiser costs $40 per person or $70 per couple and entitles everyone to all the wines you can drink and all the food you can eat.
Appetizers include assorted canapés, Arancini De Bomb, Bruschetta “tomato concasse” with basil bruschetta, and foccacia bread. Hot items include grilled chicken with spicy orange teriyaki sauce and crispy mahi fingers with Chipotle Aioli sauce. Dessert is lady finger with dusted confectionary sugar.
Sponsors for the fundraising event are Marpac, Triple J, Docomo Pacific and 360 Revolving Restaurant.
Each year, the chamber gives out thousands of dollars in scholarship programs to deserving students from the different high schools in the island to help them start their college education.
