THE government has filed charges against a person who allegedly stole money from an establishment on Tinian.
Eden Albior, 41, was charged with theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property. Albior was summoned to appear and answer the charges in Superior Court on Tinian on Aug. 9.
According to the Attorney General’s Office, Albior stole $800 from Tinian Hotel Fun Spot II last April 17. No other details were given in court papers.
In other news, AGO charged a 28-year-old man for allegedly assaulting a woman on Saipan last April 16. Roman V. Cabrera was charged with assault and battery, and disturbing the peace. He was summoned to appear and answer the charges in court today.
