
(CNMI DOL) — The CNMI Department of Labor’s Occupational Safety and Health Administration office announces a series of free safety culture training sessions taking place on Tinian, Saipan, and Rota in February, March and April 2024.
These trainings will educate participants on how to identify and mitigate workplace hazards, develop comprehensive safety and health programs, and ensure compliance with OSHA’s updated Form 300 injury/illness recordkeeping requirements. Also included will be updates from the Mining Safety and Health Office or MSHA.
Additional topics include incident investigation methods, safety committee structure, safety communications approaches, training programs and overview of key OSHA/MSHA regulations.
