CNMI Republican Party President Diego T. Benavente is reminding community members that a primary election to select the local GOP’s nominee for the U.S. Congress will take place on April 13 from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Saipan, Tinian, and Rota.
The candidates are John Oliver DLR “Bolis” Gonzales and Kimberlyn King-Hinds.
The primary election site for Saipan is Garapan Central Park. On Tinian, the election site is the residence of Charlene Lizama, and on Rota, the election will be held at the Rota Round House.
Community members who want to cast their votes must present an ID and register as a Republican.
