(Office of the Governor) — Please be informed that effective Aug. 5, 2025, the CNMI Scholarship Office has officially transitioned to the CNMI Scholarship & Financial Assistance Office as per Public Law 24-10, signed by the Governor on the same date.
This name change better reflects the scope of the office’s services, which include, but are not limited to:
• Administering higher education financial assistance programs; and
• Addressing matters related to delinquent or defaulted financial assistance agreements.
We kindly ask that you update any relevant records, documents, and communications to reflect this new name.
