Police believe the crimes are related and occurred during the late night or early morning hours, according to Department of Public Safety acting spokesman PO2 Jason Tarkong.
The first incident occurred on July 2, 2010, wherein a water pump was stolen from the building.
The pump, valued at over $500, was located in an enclosed room, police said.
The next day, a Saturday, the Scott Magliari & Company, an accounting and auditing firm located on the building’s second floor, was burglarized.
The front window was smashed and a Gateway computer monitor valued at $200 was stolen, police said.
On July 19, the US Leakless office located on the building’s ground floor had its office window smashed in and broken.
On July 22, the front glass window of the Saipan Chamber of Commerce office was broken, leaving a large hole and crack on the window.
The office was located on the ground floor.
The department’s Criminal Investigative Bureau and Crime Stoppers are seeking help from the public.
