(CMA) — The Commonwealth Medicaid Agency announces the relocation of its Saipan offices to the Horiguchi Building in Garapan next to Kristo Rai Church. The move is being conducted in phases to better serve Medicaid members, providers, and community partners.
Administrative services, claims, and program integrity & compliance sections
Effective Sept. 24, 2025, these sections are now located on the 3rd Floor of the Horiguchi Building. Suite 305 serves as the central receiving area for all CMA documents, including claims, invoices, contracts, and provider agreements.

Eligibility & Enrollment Section
The Eligibility & Enrollment Section will relocate to the 2nd Floor of the Horiguchi Building. In preparation for the move, the office will be closed on Thursday, October 2, and Friday, Oct. 3, 2025. Normal services will resume at the new location on Monday, Oct. 6, 2025.
