The candidates are Congressman Gregorio C. Sablan, Independent; former Rep. Joseph N. Camacho, Covenant; former Gov. Juan N. Babauta, Republican; and former Lt. Gov. Jesus C. Borja, Democrat.
Those attending are advised to turn off or set to silent mode their cellular phones and pagers and refrain from talking during the debate.
Cameras can be used but without flash, except during intermission or after the end of the event. Applauding is not also allowed, except during intermission and at the end of the event.
Members of the audience are asked not to carry banners, hold signs and display any promotional material supporting any candidates such as buttons, hats, t-shirts or anything that may distract the candidates. Alcohol, smoking and betel nut chewing are not allowed.
Tickets bought in advance are $10 each but $15 at the door, and $5 for students.
