COTA: Fixed Route Blue Line 1B buses to follow detour route

ON Friday, July 4, 2025, due to the Beach Road closure for the Liberation Day parade, the Fixed Route Blue Line 1B buses of the Commonwealth Office of Transit Authority will follow a detour route.

Southbound buses will detour through Bank of Guam and DFS to Middle Road to Northern Marianas College. 

Northbound buses will detour from Northern Marianas College through As Terlaje to Garapan.

The original route along Blue Line 1B will resume as soon as the road opens.
