Edward Lee Santos was released by the Bureau of Prisons on Jan. 1, 2010 after serving his sentence of 24 months followed by three years supervised release on charges of felon in possession of firearms, and possession of stolen firearms on Sept. 15, 2008.
On Jan. 4, 2010, Santos relocated to Guam.
Santos has been marginally compliant with his terms of supervised released, the U.S. Probation Office on Saipan told the court.
An informational report has been prepared and the probation office on Guam is prepared to go forward with revocation once the jurisdiction in this case has been transferred, the probation office said.
