They are Francisco and Vincent Matagolai, 51 and 47, respectively, of Koblerville; Marvin Tewid, 39, of Chinatown; Noel Sacramento Saluta, 39, of Chalan Kanoa; and Betty Gobin Koche, 29, of Dandan.
The Matagolais were charged with one count each of criminal mischief and disturbing the peace.
The information filed in court by the AGO said the Matagolais, on March 1, 2009, “knowingly and intentionally cause[d] damage” to the floor fan, telephone and pool table at Bar Number One in Chalan Kanoa, operated by Hong Hua Piao.
Tewid is charged with one count of assault and battery, one count of assault with a dangerous weapon, and disturbing the peace, records showed.
On March 20, 2009, Tewid assaulted Lila Rijal with a rock and Felipe Atalig with a machete, the AGO stated.
It filed a complaint of one count of assault, one count of assault with a dangerous weapon, and disturbing the peace against Saluta.
On April 19, 2009, the AGO stated, Saluta assaulted Alejandro Orellano with a knife.
Koche is facing one count of assault and battery and one count of disturbing the peace, for assaulting Jocelyn Tobias on May 13, 2009, the AGO stated.
It likewise filed a complaint against Yola Loren for one count of assault and battery of Megumi M. Aldan on June 21, 2008.
One count of assault and battery has been filed against Ryan Norita after he assaulted Alejandro Tebit on June 2, 2008.
Clarence R. Amirez, 30, and Lann Anko Billy, 41, are facing charges of one count each of assault and battery and criminal mischief.
On Feb. 28, 2008, the AGO stated, Amirez and Billy “caused bodily harm” to Edward Brice Muna Sablan, also leaving the victim’s vehicle’s front windshield and rear left window shattered.
