Atalig, 35, his counsel Assistant Public Defender Matthew Holley, and the prosecutor, Assistant Attorney General William Downer have signed the plea agreement.
Atalig is being held on the charge of two counts of sexual abuse of a minor in the second degree, and two counts of sexual abuse of a minor in the first degree.
The sexual abuses happened in 2003, 2004, and 2008, the plea agreement stated.
