“The only automatic allotments that will continue are those for taxes and the required government retirement programs,” he said.
These also include other health and insurance services such as American Dental, Moylan, Toothworks, Aetna Global, Staywell, Calvo’s, IAC, Pacific Guardian as well as attorneys as directed by the court, Muna said.
Any employee is also authorized to have more than one bank account for automated clearinghouse transaction every payroll.
In his memorandum, Muna reminded all employees to establish a checking or savings account with the banking or financial institution of their choice.
Effective Aug. 13, he said, CUC will discontinue regular paper checks for payroll.
CUC needed the account information of personnel “to ensure you will be paid your payroll timely through an automated clearinghouse, direct deposit method,” Muna said.
