House Education Committee Chairman Raymond S. Palacios delivered a presentation about the topic and answered the students’ questions. Garrison was also invited to speak, but due to time constraints, he was not able to do so.  But he made himself available via email to answer any questions the students may have for him.  Jenn Castro, the language arts teacher of Hopwood, says she is thankful that Palacios and Garrison are playing a part in her students’ education.
