Cyclone Ului heading toward the southern Solomon Islands is likely to break the record books for the most intense ever tropical cyclones in the South Pacific.
It’s currently moving toward the Coral Sea, where there is not much land, bringing with it winds of up to 200 kilometers an hour.
But it could also hit the Solomons and Australia’s north east coast, devastating the Great Barrier Reef.
The already category five cyclone is likely to intensify further.
There is a possibility that Ului could affect New Zealand this week.
