(BoG) — The Board of Directors of the BankGuam Holding Company, at their regular meeting held on Aug. 25, 2025, authorized the payment of common stock dividends of $62.50 per share for the 3rd quarter ending Sept. 30, 2025.
The third quarter payment of the dividends will be for common stock shareholders of record as of Sept. 15, 2025. Such dividends will be paid on the quarter ending Sept. 30, 2025.
