House Concurrent Resolution 17-1, identified a $137.35 million budget for the CNMI this FY 2010 which ends on Sept. 30. On Thursday evening, the governor submitted a revised budget to the Legislature, now amounting to $132 million.
In H.C.R. 17-1, DPL is separately appropriated over $3 million through the proceeds of public land leases that it collects.
