DPS spokeswoman Lei Ogumoro said there will be at least one police officer at each polling center on Tuesday.
Public Law 15-52 prohibits any political activity within a 300-foot radius of polling places on Election Day, between 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. “This, however, does not apply to campaign activities conducted on private property,” Ogumoro said.
Any person who violates P.L. 15-52 will be fined not more than $500 or will be imprisoned for not more than six months, or both. (RCB)
