Visiting Nevada District Judge Philip M. Pro rescheduled Fitial’s jury trial for Dec. 6.
It was originally scheduled to begin on Oct. 12.
Assistant U.S. Attorney James J. Benedetto is prosecuting the case while Fitial is represented by court-appointed attorney Joseph James Norita Camacho.
Also present during yesterday’s arraignment were attorneys Bruce Mailman, Robert Torres, and Joey San Nicolas as guardians of the minor victims.
The grand jury has included two more counts against the 24-year-old Fitial who has been detained at the Department of Corrections facility since his arrest on June 11.
The grand jury charged Fitial with two counts of deprivation of rights under color or law, and one count of enticement of a minor.
