The power problem started at 11:20 yesterday morning, Variety learned.
Camacho could not identify yet which engine was affected as he still needed to get information from the technicians at Power Plant.
CUC, as of press time yesterday, had yet to disclose which areas were affected by the power outages but Variety learned that some places in Garapan experienced at least a one-hour power interruption.
“But everything is now under control,” Camacho told Variety in the afternoon.
He said CUC will be providing a complete information about the power outage, adding that “our men are working hard to address the problem.”
Camacho said the power generated from the Aggreko generators was not affected.
