According to Department of Public Safety spokeswoman Lei Ogumoro, Renzong Zhao was last seen by his brother at his residence in San Antonio on Jan. 6, 2009.
Zhao’s brother told police he last saw his brother who just returned from fishing that time.
He filed a missing person complaint after several attempts to locate his brother proved unsuccessful.
Zhao is described as slim built.
Ogumoro said DPS is seeking the assistance of the community for any information regarding the whereabouts of Zhao.
