Ex-teacher’s death saddens, shocks MHS

MHS principal Karen Borja said Timothy James Faska, 49, taught English for over five years at their school before he transferred to Kagman High School in Nov. 2008.

Faska apparently died of natural causes.

“We are still investigating the matter,” DPS acting spokesman PO2 Jason Tarkong told the Variety.

He did not say if an autopsy will be performed on the body.

Faska  was last seen on Saturday after a Stanford Resort employee fixed the electrical safety box of his  room.

His former colleague, Jeffrey Turbitt, described Faska as a “friendly, funny, and honest guy.”

Faska had been “very ill,” Variety learned.
