Federal programs coordinator Lisa Huynh Eller of DEQ said over 20 environmental organizations and agencies will join the 2010 Environmental Expo which aims to bring together groups working to improve, protect and conserve
Saipan’s natural resources.
It will be held from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. at American Memorial Park.

DEQ has also scheduled following:
• April 9 – We Can Recycle Competition. Open to all Saipan schools.
• April 10, from 9 a.m. to 12 noon – Lagoon cleanup for swimmers.
• April 22, from 8 a.m. to 12 noon – Derelict Fashion Show Competition. Open to all high schools.
• April 23, from 9 to 12 noon – scuba dive cleanup for certified scuba divers.
From 2 to 4:30 p.m. – islandwide cleanup.
From 2 to 4:30 p.m. – Adopt-A-Beach activity.
