FEDERAL Aviation Administration Airport Division Chief Ron Simpson will arrive over the weekend to discuss issues relating to airport security.
“Important issues will be discussed when he arrives,” Commonwealth Ports Authority Executive Director Carlos Salas said.
Simpson is based at the FAA office in Honolulu. His visit also coincides with the Guam- Saipan Airport Olympics to be held on Saipan this weekend.
About 100 Guam airport personnel will join the event, CPA said.
“This is a regular thing. Personnel from both airports meet to have fun, enjoy activities together and learn from each other,” Salas said.
