Xuankun Li, who coordinated the motorcade, told Variety that it was successful as he thanked the police for escorting the Falun Dafa vehicles and directing traffic at each intersection.
“Our group did not honk, yell or play loud music, but our message was powerful,” he said.
“Other drivers that passed us honked and waved at us,” Li added.

Falun Dafa plans to hold a series of peaceful motorcades every Saturday and Sunday through Jan. 3, 2021.
On Saturdays, the motorcade route will be from Garapan to Beach Road, As Gonno Road, Airport Road, Dandan to the San Vicente intersection then Middle Road and back to Garapan at the Falun Dafa office across from the Bank of Saipan.
On Sundays, the motorcade starts at the same place, but will proceed to Koblerville, As Lito Road, the Shell gas station intersection and then Middle Road and back to Garapan.
Falun Dafa/Falun Gong members practice special exercises and meditation to “refine the body and the mind.”
Since 1999, however, the Chinese government has illegally arrested, detained and tortured members of the group.
