The U.S. Probation Office earlier asked the court to discharge Arman Abbot Redor who had complied with the conditions of his supervised release that expired on March 20, 2011, and to terminate all proceedings in the case.
Then-Chief Judge Alex Munson sentenced Redor in Oct. 2007 to 10 months’imprisonment, and placed on three years’ supervised release after release from prison.
Redor was also ordered to pay $2,191 as restitution to the U.S. Internal Revenue Service.
