SUVA (PINA) — Around 100 delegates from around the world will be in Fiji for the Pacific Area Standards Congress meeting next week in Nadi, a Fiji Ministry of Information news release said.
The theme for the meeting is “Expanding the Boundaries.” It emphasizes the need for the inclusion of more countries and also encouraging countries to develop or adopt standards, which is essential for trade, the news release said.
The meeting will assist in developing international standards in not only in Fiji but also other Forum Island countries, it said.
