To be presided by Congresswoman Madeleine Bordallo, the chairwoman of the subcommittee, the hearing on Thursday will discuss the “Technical Assistance Program: Evaluating Its Ability to Meet the Needs of the Insular Areas,” Press Secretary Angel Demapan said.
Fitial and the nation’s other governors were in Boston for the National Governors Association’s 102nd annual conference.
The governor will be back on island on July 19, Demapan said.
