Forum for 4 delegate candidates on Sunday

The four received the most votes during the mock trial election held last month by CREAM.

The forum starts at 5 p.m. and is open to the public.

According to CREAM,  the four candidates will be asked about various questions and concerns affecting the lives and the future of the people of the commonwealth.

“The coalition expects meaningful and credible answers from the candidates which will be the basis for the group’s selecting and supporting the best candidate,” CREAM said in a statement.

The candidate with the “best” answers that are in tune with the goals and objectives of the coalition will get CREAM’s endorsement.

Last month’s mock trial saw the participation of 352 members of the coalition.

Gonzales garnered 53 percent of the votes cast; Sablan got 20 percent; Tenorio, 8 percent; and Lizama, 7 percent.

“Hopefully our chosen candidate will deliver the promise of better representation and unselfish sacrifice in the U.S. Congress for the people of the commonwealth,” said CREAM spokesman Emi Pamintuan.
