An information booth has been set up for free HIV testing as well as free condoms and health materials.
“Our main focus is to educate the public, specially the teens, about the risks they have in acquiring HIV,” organizer Aling Ogumoro said.
He is encouraging the public to avail of the free HIV testing.
He said there will be HIV counseling for those who want to be tested.
Medical personnel, he added, will use the ora-sure rapid saliva HIV test.
According to Ogumoro, through mouth swabs, the test can provide results in 20 minutes.
A HIV information booth will also be set up at the Thursday market in Garapan today.
