Giovanni’s celebrates 15th year on Saipan

Giovanni’s is the only restaurant on island that serves authentic Italian cuisine and its Chef Gabrielle Colombo never tires of bringing out the best Italian dishes.

“It’s a big achievement to have 15 years of serving the local people,” Colombo said.

The staff, the quality service and the authenticity of their products are worthy of the island’s wonderful  people, he added.

Hyatt food and beverage director Ranjeet Rajebhosale said this year’s  celebration showed that they have continued to improve their products.

Giovanni’s, he added, always comes up with new concepts.

“We update our menu every year. With Chef Colombo, we never run out of brand new menus for our guests,” Rajebhosale said.

“We always give something special to the people every year,” he added.
