Giovanni’s turns 16 tomorrow

Hyatt executive chef Gabriele Colombo said the guests will be treated to a sumptuous seven-course dinner specially created for the event and expertly paired with the finest Kendall-Jackson wines.

“This is a night to recognize our Club at the Hyatt members as we take them on a journey of culinary delights paired with the best wines,” Colombo said.

Through all these years, while restaurants come and go or change concepts when things don’t work, Giovanni’s was able to maintain its ability to provide top quality products and services.

“We have loyal patrons who have been with us since day one and we are happy for that,” Colombo said.

Giovanni’s is the only restaurant in Saipan with a fully trained Italian chef, and through 16 years, it has maintained its reputation as the “premier dinner venue in the Marianas” with high quality menus and attentive service.

Hyatt  food and beverage director Michael Wilson said  the birthday celebration of Giovanni’s is especially prepared for  Club at the Hyatt members.

“This is part of our campaign to show that…members get more privileges and discounts on food, services, and promotions,” Wilson said.

“We are happy to say that Giovanni’s Restaurant has remained the top choice and we are happy to be a part of these special occasions,” he said.

Today, Giovanni’s will also serve Russian standard vodka martini.

“It’s a blast from the past for our guests to enjoy,” Wilson said.

Reservation is a must and  the attire is island formal.

Club at the Hyatt members price is $70 per person if paid by 5 p.m. today, and $100 per person tomorrow. A 10 percent discount will apply for group bookings of eight persons or more. For inquiries and reservations, call  234-1234.
