Antonio Borja It appropriates the monies for the Tinian mayor’s expenses for personnel and operations, public programs, professional services and local matching funds for public assistance projects and other federal programs or grants for the municipality of Tinian and Aguigan.
The expenditure authority of the funds will the Tinian mayor and the funds are appropriated “without fiscal year limitation.”
