He thanked members of the community for exercising their right to vote and congratulated all the winners.
“Let’s now move forward for the betterment of our community,” he added.
The governor likewise congratulated President-elect Joe Biden and Vice President-elect Kamala Harris while expressing the gratitude of the CNMI to President Donald Trump and Vice President Mike Pence.
“Since his election in 2016, President Trump has pledged his commitment and support for the people of the Northern Mariana Islands, and he has delivered time and time again for our people,” Torres said.
