Gunman filed labor case vs shooting range

Li, 42, filed a case against Augustin Deleon Guerrero, according to the Department of Labor Web site.

The last hearing on the case was scheduled for April 29, 2009.

A source who is familiar with Labor cases said Li filed the complaint sometime in 2008.

The case was about Li’s “objection” to a decision by his supposed employer.

The status of Li’s case and his immigration status were still unclear.

Yesterday, the Variety learned that Deleon Guerrero was at the Commonwealth Health Center.

At CHC, Deleon Guerrero’s daughter, Kollin, was at the bedside of her four-year-old daughter Dolores Naputi who is now recuperating from a gunshot wound to her chest.

Kollin Deleon Guerrero had not spoken to her father since Friday’s incident that took the life of her husband, Enrique, and their two-year-old daughter Corrina.

Corinna Naputi’s cousin Vince Larry Deleon Guerrero Rosario II, who turned five years old last Nov. 16, was also fatally shot by Li.

At least eight Korean tourists who were shot by Li in Marpi had been released from CHC, including a 39-year-old man in critical situation after his spine was shattered by a bullet.

He was scheduled for surgery in South Korea.

The Federal Bureau of Investigation yesterday neither confirmed nor denied that Augustin Deleon Guerrero was taken in by the FBI as “it may jeopardize the ongoing investigation.”

The FBI said it was talking to several individuals regarding Friday’s mass shooting incident.
