Rabauliman has been in the custody of the Department of Corrections since June for his involvement in a domestic violence incident.
Guerrero said Rabauliman was released on parole on May 22, 2008.
“Mr. Rabauliman is schedule[d] to appear before a hearing examiner for preliminary matters (administrative procedure) to explain the allegations for violation of his parole conditions,” Guerrero said.
Rabauliman and another individual were convicted for the kidnap-rape of two Chinese guest workers in 1998 and sentenced to 30 years.
In 2006, Superior Court Presiding Judge Robert C. Naraja reduced Rabauliman’s jail term from 30 to 25 years.
