46,582 of 81,510 available room nights sold in June, compared to 38,701 of 82,500 available room nights sold over the same period last year. Room rates were down slightly from $87.05 last year to $86.36 in May 2010.
“More regular air seats and more promotions are needed to revive our tourism economy and get the commonwealth back on its financial feet,” said HANMI Chairman Nick Nishikawa.
