Torres designated Rep. Eliceo D. Cabrera, R-Saipan, as the acting chairman.
“This is to inform you that I will be off-island from June 2 to 16, on an urgent family matter. Please excuse me from any meetings or sessions during my absence,” Torres said in a memo to acting Speaker Felicidad T. Ogumoro and other members of the House.
