Household trash dumped in Obyan

He and another volunteer, Max Ogo, were in the area on austerity Friday as part of a cleanup drive.

Max Aguon, left, poses with other volunteers during their cleanup drive on Sunday along Beach Road.

“Some of the trash was dumped in the bushes and you could not see them until you smell something from there,” he said.

On Sunday, after cleaning up Sugar Dock Beach, Aguon said he and another volunteer Ray Matagolai picked up trash from San Antonio to Micro Beach.

Aguon said they filled up six bags of trash, which included face masks, gloves, and picnic leftovers.

He said these include U.S. Congressman Gregorio Kilili Camacho Sablan, Rep. Ed Propst, Rep. Tina Sablan, Lino Tenorio, Ray Santiago Tenorio, and Juan “Shine” Tenorio who provided the cleanup volunteers with water and other refreshments.
