“Everybody had a very good time at Giovanni’s birthday, and we saw how they all enjoyed the excellent food and wines so that we decided to come up with a similar event in about six months,” Hyatt executive chef Gabriele Colombo said.
They are looking into holding a wine and dinner event at least twice a year.
“One more event like the Giovanni’s birthday bash each year will give us a chance to serve our clients, especially our valued Club at the Hyatt members the best that we have to offer,” Colombo said.
Over a hundred Club at the Hyatt members and special guests attended the 16th Giovanni’s birthday party on Sept. 1 and enjoyed the sumptuous seven-course dinner paired with the best Kendall-Jackson wines.
Colombo said the Hyatt thanks all the members of the Club at the Hyatt for their support.
“We are proud and happy to reach another year of success in bringing the best in elegant dining to our patrons who had been with us through all these years,” Colombo said.
Giovanni’s Restaurant remains the “premier venue of choice for all special occasions in the Marianas,” he added.
Hyatt food and beverage director Michael Wilson earlier extended the hotel’s invitation to the community to join the Club at the Hyatt membership and avail of special discounts at any of the hotel restaurants, and enjoy the many benefits they are giving out all year round.
